My interest in photography began many years ago when I would help my father develop his own photos in a darkroom made like many others in a converted bathroom. My interest continued through my school years, when photos were used to record school trips which involved one of my other areas of interest, the two world wars. Part of my working life has been spent in the forces and once again my camera accompanied me through postings and placements. Now I have returned to photography but am now proceeding via the digital route. I have found that I enjoy the sports and event photography I undertake but especially enjoy the interaction with the many people I now come into contact with. |
